Funktion manufactures our product through Joiga, a socially responsible company that is dedicated to changing the way manufacturing is done in China.

Workers are offered free day care, life coaching, skills training, annual bonuses, better ergonomics, housing and healthy food. With open doors and windows that let in a lot of light- people are smiling and having fun at work.

Funktion is excited to be a part of changing manufacturing in China and building relationships in our factory.

We make ever effort to advocate for the hungry in our business and personal endeavors. Not only does Funktion office out of the Minneapolis Market, but we give our time and dollars to the cause. We first fell in love with the Market upon their launch in 2010 and have been serving on the leadership team every since. We believe in supporting our local community to create sustainable villages of people truly involved in each others' lives.
